A pitch fee per night applies to all caravans and campervans and this also includes electrical hook up.

How to request entry codes?
Text - 07760 117641 or Email. It is preferred that you send an sms text message but you can call if necessary. Codes can be requested up to a few days in advance as they change regularly. Please don’t leave it to the last minute. Texting or emailing in advance is recommended.
How to register to camp or use the site during the day?
- Registration forms are inside the entrance lobby of the campsite building and can be downloaded from this page
- You could customise the form on the website with your own details, print out a few and just write in the date(s) when you come if you prefer
How to pay?
- ON ARRIVAL, place completed Registration form with money in envelope supplied
- Post through security letter box inside the entrance lobby of the campsite building (money box is regularly – and will never contain much cash)
What payment methods are possible?
- Cash from anyone (not having the correct change is not a valid excuse for not having paid enough – overpay rather than underpay and claim your change from the Manger when you next see them)
- Cheques at the time of camping are accepted from SCA members only - i.e. CE/CANI/CW or non-members MUST pay cash. You can pay in advance through the SCA office.
Who qualifies for SCA Member Rates?
- Recreational, Junior and Full individual members including family members of these categories
- Everyone else is a non-member
- Registration form requires you to enter all names and all membership numbers
- Manager has an up to date list of SCA Members to check membership details
- Membership cards should be brought with you and should be shown on demand
- BCU/WCA/CANI members bring their cards to get member rates.
What checks are in place? i.e. Why do you need to pay?
- The entrance codes will change daily and we know who has requested the codes
- The site will be visited several times a day (at different times) so registration forms and monies will be checked against bodies/tents/cars
- You must register and pay ON ARRIVAL. Any exceptions will be treated as an intention not to pay and you will either be asked to pay the non-member rate (even if you are a member) or asked to leave the site immediately. If you are taking part in an SCA event you may be disqualified.
- Overnight stay on ANY part of the site (including car park) is ONLY possible through registration and use of facilities - "wild" camping is expressly prohibited.
The SCA is committed to improving the site and keeping costs down whilst making sure that operational costs are covered. If we all pay our way it will help to keep down the cost for us all.
