Regional and Local Coaching Officers

Coaching in Scotland is organised by region and each region is represented on the SCA Coaching Committee by the Regional Coaching Officer (RCO).  In some of the larger regions there are also Local Coaching Officer (LCO) who help with the workload in their areas.  This network of RCOs and LCOs look after coaching, co-ordinating the provision of coaching courses within the regions, supporting the work of the clubs, providing coach update opportunities and organising Coaching Panel meetings (which are open to all coaching scheme members) as well as being the primary source of information on what is happening coaching-wise in your area.
