Recreational Paddling

 There are two main areas of recreational paddling - inland on white water and touring which encompasses lochs, sea and larger rivers such as the Spey.  There is a very active recreational scene in Scotland, which is not surprising given the multitude of paddling locations we have combined with some of the best laws on access to the countryside and water in the world.  Use the links on the left to explore this vibrant aspect of our sport.
