Updated Paddlesport Guidance - 12th March

Mar 12, 2021

Updated Paddlesport Guidance, effective March 12th

Following the publication today of new Return to sport and physical activity guidance by sportscotland, the SCA has updated its guidance to align with this change.

For now, the message from the Scottish Government remains ‘Stay At Home’. However, some outdoor non-contact sport is permitted subject to certain conditions.

See our infographic for details of the changes to group sizes permitted for organised and informal sport and activity.

Public health and wellbeing remains the most pressing priority and the SCA is extremely grateful to paddlers for continuing to follow the government guidance and for helping to suppress the spread of the virus.

We must all keep doing as much as we can to help suppress the spread of the virus. We encourage everyone to download and use the
Protect Scotland app.
