sportscotland launch Mental Health and Wellbeing eLearning Module

sportscotland have launched a free, Mental Health and Wellbeing eLearning module designed for participants, coaches, parents and officials in sport and physical activity environments. The course was developed in partnership with Hampden Sports Clinic, the Scottish FA and Scottish Rugby.

The eLearning module will help people understand what is meant by mental health and wellbeing, the misconceptions surrounding the term and how to identify someone needing support. It will also provide the tools to help you feel more confident in holding a conversation about mental health.

The course is supported by the Scottish Association for Mental Health (SAMH) and Scottish Sports Futures (SSF) as part of a strategic partnership that aims to build capacity across sport and physical activity communities.

This eLearning is open to anyone and you can access it here, or by clicking on the button below.
