Contact arrangements

During the current COVID-19 situation, all SCA staff are currently working remotely. Staff can be contacted by email or mobile phone and contact details for all staff can be found here

All online services are fully operational via SCA Portal where you can join or renew membership; register for qualifications; check and update details on your profile.

The general email address office@canoescotland.org is monitored regularly. The main phone number 0131 317 7314 has a mailbox and we are dialling in to check and respond to these messages every few hours during normal office hours (Mon-Fri 08:30-15:30).

Please get in touch if we can help with any queries, advice or support during this period.

Contact details for SCA volunteers and committees can also be found on the contact page.

Please note that we have no access to any mail sent to the postal address since 16th March as it will still be with Royal Mail who are unable to deliver to our office building. Please avoid sending anything by post for the time being and instead send by email or phone for further instructions. We are trying to arrange a redirection but this will take time to implement with Royal Mail.

We are printing membership cards weekly so there may be a delay in you receiving your card.  However, all membership confirmation are sent by email with a 'digital or print at home' membership card attached. Please ensure we have your correct email address when joining or renewing.
