SCA Launches Kids Only Resource Hub!

Jun 23, 2020

It’s not just the parents who are frustrated at not being able to get out on the water at the moment – millions of youngsters around the world are counting down the days until they can jump in a canoe and go out for a paddle with all of their friends.

So to help them pass the time, the volunteers of the Scottish Canoe Association have today launched “SCA Kids”, a resource hub especially dedicated to the younger members of the Scottish Paddlesports community who love paddling or simply want to learn more about it.

SCA Kids features activities suitable for young people of all ages, from toddlers who love getting out the crayons and colouring in, to bored school kids who can test themselves with a quiz, build on their paddle fitness, or learn a new skill.

The page will be updated regularly, and new activities will be added so kids will never be able to complain of being bored. And the SCA would love to see your work – who knows, your work may end up on our web page.  Make sure to use #SCAKids on social media.

So the next time when you complain that you have nothing to do, you know where to go – SCA Kids!
