SCA Young Ambassadors
We are looking for a diverse team of young people who are passionate about paddlesport to become our new SCA Young Ambassadors. This team will help us shape paddlesport so it better supports young people and help inspire other young people to join the sport.
We are looking to recruit a team of young people aged 14-22 who want to make a difference in Paddlesport. If successful you will be the first to join the 2-year programme. It will involve regular online catch-ups and two residential weekend events a year. These sessions will include a range of activities designed to support your development as a paddler, and help you make a difference in the sport.
The first residential event is to be held at Grandtully Station Park on 3rd & 4th Sept 2022. Save the Date!

If you want to apply, you need to answer these three questions.
- Are you passionate about paddling? (Tell us what do you do, what do you love about it, and about your future hopes)
- How do you think paddlesport in Scotland can improve for Young People?
- What would you like to do for young paddlers in Scotland?
You can write your answers down, send us a short video or voice note, or create a poster. We need your application before 30th May 2022.
