Scottish Boat Rally

Mar 03, 2020

Scottish Boat Rally returns on 23-24 May 2020!

Building on the success of last year, the Scottish Boat Rally returns this year.  The event takes place at the  Falkirk Wheel, and SCA clubs will be encouraged to participate in the canoe polo.

Scottish Canals take the lead in organising the event and hope to build on the success of our Lowland Canal Carnival in 2019 - the largest ever flotila to take place on Scotland’s canals travelled the Forth & Clyde Canal with 70 vessels, from steamboats and coastal rowers to Clyde Puffers and narrowboats, to celebrate the reopening of sea-to-sea transits on the Lowlands.

The event is supported by Visit Scotland’ Year of Coasts and Waters.
