Shoulder Stability for Paddling II

Jun 02, 2020
Back after popular demand for the 2nd instalment of her shoulder stability sessions, Rachel will be guiding you through a session at 12:00 on Thursday the 4th of June!

These sessions are suitable for all paddlers whether competitive or not, whether you paddle on extreme water or like to tour on sheltered water. We all use our shoulders and should do what we can to ensure they can support us to do the paddling we want.

Join in live and train with Rachel or watch for inspiration or catch up later when you have time. These sessions should help give you options for shoulder stability exercises to keep your shoulders fit and strong for all your paddling adventures!

All you will need for this session is some household items to use for weights (e.g. tin cans), some space to wave your arms around and a comfortable surface to lie down on...
